Construction Project Manager

On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager for the Baltic Region, who is motivated to deliver high-quality construction projects and support business growth across the Baltics.

What You will do:

• Plan, lead, and coordinate the full lifecycle of construction projects (new builds, remodels, reinvestments) across the Baltic region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
• Manage project design, permitting, approvals, procurement, and execution processes in compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective resource management.
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, costs, and capital expenditures; prepare progress reports and ensure transparency of results.
• Represent the company and the Construction function in internal and external meetings with authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper preparation, maintenance, and archiving of construction, technical, and facility-related documentation, supporting sustainable operations and future reinvestments.

We believe You will succeed in the role if You have:

• Higher or professional education in construction or a related field that supports your daily work.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or technical project management (restaurant or retail experience is an advantage).
• Good understanding of construction and real estate–related legislation.
• Strong Latvian and English language skills.
• Ability to plan, organize work independently, and solve problems proactively.
• Category B driving license and good MS Office skills.
